European Commission Launches Public Consultation on ePrivacy Directive

Following the recent finalisation of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Commission is now seeking public feedback on the ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC).


EU-US Data Protection Agreement Invalidated

In a much publicised ruling, the European Court of Justice declared today (6 October 2015) that the European Commission’s US Safe Harbor agreement is invalid.
